ERROR: loading weather file in SAM 2011 was created by kaiyer

I'm trying to load weather files this evening for Bakersfield, CA
I'm getting the following error on clicking the "download and add to library" button in SAM 2020.11.29

Could not evaluate callback function:btn_download->on_change

[507]: failed to evaluate function call argument _d to '_s()'

[497]: eval error in statement list

Hello,

Based on reports from other people, we believe this is an intermittent issue due to the NSRDB API server. Please let me know if you continue to have trouble.

We will fix the message so that it relays the server error instead of causing the download script to fail:
