Based on Section 4.1 of the Technical Manual, I understand that Transmitted Irradiance is merely the Incident Irradiance taking into account the angle of incidence. I don't understand how Transmitted Irradiance can be equal to 58% of Incident Irradiance. It is indeed  written in that section that:

The table shows annual total values, while the equation from the technical manual, I believe, is for a single time step.
