Hi Ziad,
Please see this webinar recording for an overview of the Wind Power model. It was recorded using an older version of SAM, but is still relevant for SAM 2020.11.29.
For the cash flow financial models like Residential, Commercial, Single Owner, etc., the capital cost and O&M costs are on the System Costs page and the internal rate of return (IRR) and discount rates are on the Financial Parameters page.
For the "LCOE Calculator" financial model, SAM uses the fixed charge rate (FCR) method to calculate the LCOE instead of a project cash flow. For that model, the capital cost, operating cost and FCR inputs are on the Financial Parameters input page. Click Help or press the F1 key for help on those inputs.
Best regards,
Paul.
