It would be great if you can update the SAM with the latest Wind data or provide something similar that would help.

Dear Haider,

SAM downloads wind resource data from the NREL WIND Toolkit API, which only provides data for 2007 to 2014: developer.nrel.gov/docs/wind/wind-toolkit/wtk-srw-download/.
