Missing information on time series

Hi there!
I am trying to display the Hourly Energy variable at time series tab and I think it isn't available. Does it depend on the file I've attached from my location? My solar PV project is located in Neuquén, Argentina and the only site I found its weather data was at climate.onebuilding.org/. I also tried downloading the information from SIREN but my Mac computer doesn't permit me to install the program. Anyway, I can ask for a Windows OS computer to download the new file if you can confirm me that the file I've attached is the origin of my problem and that I will find better information on SIREN.
