Hi Maria,
Unfortunately, I do not know where to find wind resource data for locations in Spain or other locations outside of the area covered by the NREL WIND Toolkit.
If you do find data, you can convert it to the SAM CSV Format for Wind. The format is described in SAM's Help system under "Weather File Formats:" samrepo.nrelcloud.org/help/weather_format_csv_wind.html
