Dear Abdulrahman,
I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but here are some suggestions.
1. The 2-axis tracking option for the Detailed Photovoltaic model and PVWatts will cause the array to move in each time step to track the sun's position. You can choose that option on the System Design page, and then plot results on the Time Series or Heat Map tab of the results page.
2. You can use parametric simulations to model a fixed array for a range of different tilt and azimuth angles. For a demonstration of parametric simulations, see sam.nrel.gov/simulation-options.html .
