When you try to install SAM on your computer with Norton Antivirus running, Norton may identify the file as a threat with the name "WS.Reputation.1."
This message does not indicate that Norton detected a threat. It does indicate that SAM is software that has a "low reputation score" based on the Norton's crowd-sourcing method for identifying potential threats. This approach tends to identify brand new versions of software and software with smaller user bases as a threat.
You can install SAM by restoring it from Quarantine as described here:
