Design a battery system on existing PV system with 15 min data on hourly price

is it possible to design a battery system on an existing PV system? We have 15 minutes data of PV production, consumption data from the grid and power data to the grid all 15 minutes data. The generated and consumed energy is bought and sold at hourly prices.
