My first question is about the difference between designed bank capacity and desired bank power. The other one is about choosing a 5kW battery, What i have to do?

Hi Thanasis,

The battery bank capacity is the storage capacity in kWh. The bank power is the maximum discharge power in kW.

A 10 kWh battery with maximum discharge power of 5 kW would have an autonomy of 2 hours, meaning it could nominally provide 5 kW of power for two hours.
