ppa_price_input crashes

I'm trying to parameterize by ppa_price_input, but when I import a file with that variable, that column is blank and SAM crashes if I try to enter a value or run the simulations. I see the input is an [array]. How should one format a .csv to be able to vary that?

For an input variable that is an array like ppa_price_input, put a semicolon after each value in the array:
