Community Solar Carport with Battery Storage

Any examples or case studies of modeling a Solar PV Carport with Battery Storage, one including a Vehicle to Grid (V2G) component, and one including provisions for "community" ownership with a portion set aside for subsidized Low to Moderate Income participation?

I am not aware of any example SAM files for this type of community solar project, but perhaps someone else on the forum has done some work in this area. I will also ask around the lab here to see if anyone has some files they could share.
