Hi Paul, I'm also getting error messages while trying to download weather files via SAM. The error message reads "The request could not be satisfied" and "We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error." I also have tried to download just the file for one year, still no success.

Hi Hans,
SAM's weather file download features (and this forum) were down for a few days due to some network upgrades. Things should be back up and running now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
Paul.

I am trying to download weather files but I receive the error that the user email is not valid and I don't know where to set this parameter.

Hi Matsu,
Please download the latest version of SAM from the SAM downloads page:
sam.nrel.gov/download.html
This issue should have been fixed in an update to SAM.
Best regards,
Paul.
