I am using the simple efficiency module for a low x concentration PV module with embedded DC electronics. To improve the overall accuracy of my modeling, I would prefer to input the efficiency levels for the module at non-monotonic irradiance levels. i.e. at 30 W/m2, 60 W/m2, 200 W/m2, 600 W/m2 and 1000 W/m2. I have created this module in SAM and it seems to work. Is there something that I am not seeing in my limited testing that would cause unreliable results from SAM in the future? please advise.

        Hello,
You can use the table specify step increases in radiation that are not spaced equally, as long as they increase from low to high. A table like yours with efficiency values that increase from 30 to 1000 W/m2 would be correct:
30
60
200
600
1000
An example of an incorrect order would be:
200
60
1000
30
600
Best regards,
Paul.
