Changes in base cost in Tower Plant

Hi,I have some questions about the "system cost" section in the Tower Solar Power Plant module. I understand that SAM includes some first values (costs) which are someone's reasonable as a first rough guess, right?If it is that so, I wonder about the big difference in cost in Heliostate field cost (145 and 140 $/m2 in the previous 2017.1.17 and 2018.11.11 versions, and 70 $/m2 in the current 2020.2.29 version); Tower cost fixed (3MM$ in the previous versions, but 8 MM$ in the current 2020.2.29 version), Receiver reference cost (103 MM$ in the previous versions, but 10 MM$ in the current 2020.2.29 version), and in the Thermal energy storage cost (24 and 22 in the two already mentioned previous versions but 80 $/kWh-t in the current one).Do you have any referenced documents about these changes? (more updated than sam.nrel.gov/concentrating-solar-power/csp-cost-data, since the last document there is from 2015).
