Need excess to excel file on how to calculate Molten Salt Power Tower Cost Model

My name is Hadi and I am a student from the University of Manchester and currently, I’m doing my final year project related to solar equipment. As for now, I’m looking for a method to calculate the cost of solar tower height and heliostat. My problem now is I cannot open the excel file on how to calculate the solar equipment provided by the SAM website. Let me explain to you the step I take to get the excel file.

1. I go to  sam.nrel.gov
2. At the home page, I click on CSP Cost Data on Concentrating Solar section and when I click the EXCEL XLSX 114KB the data are not coming out. Here I attach a screenshot given by the SAM website when I click the excel file.

I hope you will help me with my issues here because I’m catching up with the dateline of my project and I hope to hear it from you soon.
