I'm modeling rooftop PV with battery storage in South Georgia - Georgia Power rate structure.

I'd like to model a 'future' scenario where the utility company allows real time dynamic pricing for net metering. Georgia Power doesn't have this. Can someone recommend an 'ideal' rate structure from a utility that has real time net metering rates? (that are good for the consumer)
