Hi guys,
I am new to SAM, and I have had some problems downloading weather information.
I want to download the weather information of the city of Lins.For this, I put the par lat/long of the city which is ''-21.674020, -49.749030''.
In ''Default TMY file" I got a ''Donwload error" that says "Weather file test failed for lins-sp_-21.674020_-49.749030_psmv3_60_tmy.csv. Open log file?"
The log file says:

Afther that I tried to "Download files for all years (P50/P90)" and another download error appeared saying that the file test failed for all of those years (1998 ~ 2018)
The log file gave two different errors:

And after that I tried the "legacy data" that showed me 30 and 60 pmsv files from 1998 to 2018 and tmy file from 2016 to 2018.
It failed again. Some files say: Failed to download lins_sp_-21.674020_-49.749030_psmUmy_60_tgy-2018. I could find the weather file of -21,-49, but the kw/m² is much diferent from the -21.674020,-49.749030 which is of the city I am looking for.
I tried everything, can someone help me?

Hi Luiz,
Please try downloading a weather file from one of the other sources listed on the SAM website Weather Data page:
sam.nrel.gov/weather-data.html
Weather data for that location is not available in the NREL National Solar Radiation Database.
