Dears,
I run a weather file with one minute resolution and I tried to make a minute-to-minute ramping with the sam user interface, but I can't find how to do this.
Is it possible? Or I need use the SDK tool?

Can you tell us more about what you are trying to do? What kind of system are you modeling? What do you mean by "ramping" in your application?
