Monte Carlo simulation of soiling not supported?

When using the statistical simulation option, one of the parameters on the input distributions list is Monthly Soiling Derate. But every time I run that simulation I get a lengthy error message.

For what its worth, I would be happy if the statistical simulation option applied a single distribution to the entire year, rather than monthly values.

We should not have allowed the monthly soiling derate factor for statistical simulations because it has 12 values. I've alerted the development team.

I can see why you would want to do such an analysis, but unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to do it in the current version of SAM. You could use one of the DC derate factors to represent soiling losses -- those variables will work with the statistical analysis option.
