Hi Alsadi,
SAM does not explicitly model turbine outlet conditions. Instead, it uses a normalized cycle performance map that relates HTF temperature, HTF mass flow rate, and condenser pressure. SAM converges condenser pressure based on ambient conditions and off design performance of the cycle cooling technology (i.e., evaporative cooling, air-cooled condenser, hybrid cooling, or surface condenser).
Steam cycles typically operate at saturated vapor conditions (or slightly condensed) at the low-pressure turbine outlet. The condenser outlet condition is assumed to be saturated liquid. Therefore, the condenser inlet temperature and pressure are equal to the outlet conditions.
Best regards,
Paul.
