financial calculations differ in 2011.12.2 vs 2012.5.11

For PV simulations I've noticed that the financial metrics computed between the two versions can vary as much as 8% while the energy output varys only about 1%. I've attached a table with the main differences that concern me in two seperate examples. The original files were created and ran in 2011.12.2 then opened and ran again in 2012.5.11. Is there documentation detailing how/why these standard financial metrics have changed? Is there documentation detailing why the net anunual energy has changed?
