Storage Dispatch

Hi, I have an issue regarding the thermal storage dispatch of a CSP salt power tower: I try to store thermal energy during the day from 0 am to 6 pm and release energy between 7 pm to 9 pm. For such a thing, I put in Thermal Storage Dispatch Control for period 1 : 1_0_1_0_1 and for period 2 : 0_0_1_0_5 Unfortunatly, SAM release energy at 3 pm whereas sun still shining (it shines from 3 am to 6 pm, given by DNI chekbox). Well, it seems that I can't tune SAM in order to release energy when I want. Have you any idea regarding this issue? Thank you Matthieu
