Time Dispatch Schedule

Hi Paul,

I try to enable the Time dispatch schedule (for example, generate 50% in period 1) in Biomass module but it could not simulate.
(I also try to open the new file and enabled the dispatch schedule but it still have error)
I found that it can simulate if i change the capacity exceeds boiler design to 100% but it will affect to the Boiler cost.
I would like to ask you that do i miss some input data or do I need to adjust anything to solve this problem?
