Default residential rates

In the US Utility Rate Database (USURB) on line there's a field called "is_default."

is_default Type: boolean "Is the most common rate for the given time period, sector and service type for the utility."

But in the downloadable usurb.csv file, that field seems to be missing. Am I missing something?

Dear Arik,

That is a new field and has not been added to the CSV file yet. I do not have a time estimate of when the USRDB team will get a chance to add it.
