File with Name already open; when it's not!

I continue to get this error message even after I shut all programs down, restrt the computer and attempt to open this file again. Please advise ASAP. 9896389538

I'm not sure what might be causing that problem. Please try starting SAM from the Window Start menu and then using File, Open to open your file instead of by double-clicking the file name to open it.

Can you provide more details describing exactly when you see the message?
