Weather Download Macro Not Working

When I try to run the weather download macro I get the below error message:

Macro did not finish.
[140] runtime exception at line 140: access violation: expected array for indexing, but found null

Any thoughts on what would cause this? I am working on a project assessing the solar PV potential of 80 sites and it would be very useful if I could run the macro.
