Trouble selecting weather Data

I have already downloaded the update for the SAM 2018.11.11, but still i can´t select a weather data for my location, not the ones that i have downloades previusly, nor can download them directly from the sam location and resource, when i try to do any of the above the program starts updating info in the latitude , longitude, time zone, elevation... to finally leave the program.

How can i fix this issue?

I tested SAM 2018.11.11 r1 with both of those files, and it worked correctly.
