Weekend Electricity Rates are ignored

The weekend Electricity Rates do not appear to be used in the simulation results. In the attached screenshot, no matter how I structure the Weekend #1 and #2 periods, the estimated yearly electricity bill remains the same. I.E. I can make everything "2" or everything "1" with no observable differences in the simulation output. Modifying the Weekday periods, however, does have an affect, as expected.
