I tried to model the solar PV for a several industrial sites with no upfront cost (100% debt), and I got negative LCOE for all results. Other metrics like NPV and payback years look fine. In this case, is it okay to keep the result because of the limitation of using LCOE? I just need NPV and payback actually for planning purpose. Thank you.

Hello,

I would recommend looking at the cash flow to see what is causing the negative LCOE, and then deciding whether to use those results based on whether the cash flow seems reasonable.

Best regards,
Paul.
