Weather File Conversion

When We Use Macros to convert TMY3 File to SAM Weather Model format , MACROS Converts the file Successfully but in the converted file every time for every file Country name SET "USA" While the Rest of information according to input file is perfrect.
Please Correct this issue which make the country name as "USA" Every time !
Kindly Check also 'wfcsvconv' Function.

Thank you for the feedback. I have modified the code to set country to "None" instead of "USA" when the weather file does not have a value for country.
