Roof shade model shows two roof slopes

What do I do with the second roof slope? This is a home PV model. I have multiple slopes because it is a hip and valley roof, but it looks like I can only model one roof surface at a time.

Hello,

I assume your question is about the 3D shade calculator for the Detailed Photovoltaic model. You can create more than one roof object in the scene to represent a hip and valley roof. See the "hip and valley roof.s3d" sample .s3d file in the 3D Shade Scene Files here:
