Error when plotting user specified model was created by rzutshi
Hello,
I'm trying to model(screenshot attached) a specific module in SAM (SVL-195 in the PDF attached) and once I enter the parameters and try to plot it throws an error "Failed to solve for module coefficients. Please check your inputs". I read a post from earlier this year (on CdTe modules) where you mentioned that this happens in thin film modules because of the "modified nonideality factor". Is that the case in this situation as well? Any workarounds? Thanks!

Hello,
I wonder if there is an error on the datasheet for the temperature coefficient of Voc. When I change its value from -0.034 %/°C to -0.34 %/°C, the coefficient generator is able to find a solution. That value seems more reasonable given the general range of values for that coefficient for similar modules in the CEC library.
Best regards,
Paul.
