        Hi,
I am having trouble loading electricity rates into SAM. I am not sure whats wrong , the error I keep getting is "Could not retrieve JSON data for utility rate companies." My internet is working fine.
I have tried running SAM on multiple computers and with different version of SAM, for both residential and commercial scenario, but I am unable to load electric rates. Could you please help me in this regard.
Thanks.

I also am not able to use the rate import feature. Get the Error message and can see the "loading utility files" message but never seems to load. Also tried downloading the "csv" file but so far haven't been able to save it as a csv. Haven't seen any messages within SAM. I plan to call tech support. Thanks all.

        Hi all,
There seems to be a problem with the Utility Rate Database. We are investigating now, and will fix the problem as soon as we can.
Thank you for letting us know about it.
Best regards,
Paul.
