Can I compare the measured DC output data and the SAM estimated data with the help of SAM? If yes then How?

If you have measured hourly data for the DC output of a PV array, you can set up your inputs to represent the array and compare the measured data to the hourly data shown on the Results page Data Table.
Depending on the purpose of your comparison, you may also need weather data to match your the DC output data. You can use SAM's TMY3 Creator to use your own weather data in SAM.
Best regards,
Paul.
