SAM errata errata was created by sensij

It is nice to see a new version of the errata out! In reviewing it, there appears to be an error in the correction to section 4.3. mnlong is in units of degrees, and right ascension is in radians. The errata has mislabeled the correction to convert ra to degrees as incorrect.

Thank you for pointing that out. I have corrected the errors in the SAM PV reference manual errata document for the Section 4.3 equations.
