What is the wind speed limit in the physical trough model (2016.3.14) that starts defocusing and stowing the solar field?

Dear Pam,

The physical trough model does not model wind stow speed, so the wind speed has no effect on the collector positions or defocus fraction.

The physical trough model does use wind speed for thermal loss calculations.
