I brought up the discrepancies between the the LCOE SAM equations and the LCOE definition listed in the SAM 2016.3.14 help at the roundtable on 2016/11/10.

Hello,
The equations in the "Levelized cost" and "Levelized PPA Price" topics of the Help system are incorrect. The numerator terms with the discount rate should have plus signs (1 + d) instead of minus signs (1 - d) to be consistent with the LCOE definition as described at the end of the "Levelized cost" topic.
Thank you for the feedback. We will correct those errors in the next SAM version, tentatively scheduled for January 2017.
