I could not figure out how to get a solar radiation production reading from your links. Can you provide a range of Barbados in kWh/kWp. We assume it will be around 1,750 kWh/kWp for static racking.
You can download solar resource data for locations in Barbados and other countries in the Carribbean region from SAM's Location and Resource page: Just click the Download button and type a street address or geographic coordinates for the project site, and then choose either a typical year (TMY) or single-year weather file. TMY is most suitable for cash flow calculations over a multi-year project life time. Single year data is more appropriate for matching the system's output to a load in a specific year, or have another reason to focus on a specific year.
Best regards,
Paul.
