But, how can we get this table (Irradiance, Concentration and cell efficiency)
Is it necessary to get all these values or we can use just one

SAM requires a table of values. If you only have a single reference value, you could estimate efficiency values at other radiation levels for a rough approximation of the HCPV module's performance.
