I would like to find a place where I can obtain "clear sky" weather data as a point of comparison for our models. Any idea where to obtain such data? thanks!
You can download clear sky DHI, DNI, and GHI data from the NREL National Solar Radiation Database. To do so, go to the NSRDB website, and then use the data viewer:
nsrdb.nrel.gov/
