Hello,

You should be able to download the installation file from the Download page -- just click the button for your operating system (Windows, OS X, or Linux).

If you had problems starting the download, it is possible the web server was temporarily not working, so please try again.

Also, please be sure to completely download the installation file to your computer, and then run it after the download is complete.
