Port Access

I am able to access SAM using my home net work. However unable to access through office net work because office network runs through proxy server. I tried accessing the software by giving proxy details, but still I could not run SAM. My IT team asked to collect your server IP Address & Port which it is accessing. This will help them to provide the permission to run software.
