Minor errors in updating Patch 1 for SAM Linux version 2016.3.14

        Minor errors in updating Patch 1 for SAM Linux version 2016.3.14 was created by Angus King            
    
        FYI, I encountered some minor errors in the Update for Patch 1 for SAM Linux 2016.3.14. For example,
can't open file '../SAM/2016.3.14/runtime/macros/Flat Plate PV/.svn/all-wcprops' (error 13: Permission denied)
can't open file '../SAM/2016.3.14/runtime/macros/Solar Water Heating/.svn/all-wcprops' (error 13: Permission denied)
These (and similar) files in the .svn folders were marked as read only. Updating the permissions solved the problem.

        Thanks for that. It looks like we accidentally included some extra files in the update patch archive for Linux. Those errors should not prevent the update from installing correctly.
