How to input POA in the weather file was created by jesus.polo@ciemat.es
I'm trying to use the last version of SAM for estimating PV arrays energy. The new version allows for using POA from pyranometer in the weather file. My question is how can I include POA in my weather file, just next to albedo which is the last column of data in weather files? In addition, is there any tool for editing weather files in the new versions of SAM, I remember that in 2014 and former versions SAM includes an editor for TMY3 files.

Dear Jesus,
To use POA data in your weather file, you should use the SAM CSV format, which is described in SAM's help system.
For the SAM CSV format, the columns do not have to be in a specific order because SAM identifies each column by its heading. For example, it identifies the POA column by the heading "POA." The weather file only needs to contain the data you plan to use, so for a POA file, you can omit the columns for DNI, DHI, and GHI. (The file may also contain all of the columns -- SAM will only use the columns that you specify on the Location and Resource input page.)
The SAM CSV format is a simple comma-separated format, so you can use any spreadsheet program or text editor to create or edit the files.
Best regards,
Paul.

Thanks so much Paul, you're rigth; it is easier and more reliable to use the SAM CSV format. I used the macro for converting my TMY3 to SAM CSV format and then I modified properly the columns, subtituing the diffuse by the POA and it works fine!
