Hi Paul,
I followed your instructions by quitting SAM while the update started, but the installation still fails for me. I'm running OS X El Capitan. I also tried downloading the full version from your website and installing it on top of my current version, but after installing it I didn't see the "updated to revision 1" in the About tab in the Help menu (like I did for the Windows version), so I'm not sure if it's the most recent version or not. Please advise on what/how to proceed with the update on my Macbook. Thanks in advance, Brian S.

Hi Brian,
There was a delay between the time we issued the patch that is supposed to automatically update your copy of SAM and the time that we posted the new installation files, so it is possible that you downloaded the original version. The installation file for the updated version should have "-r1" after the version number in the file name.
Best regards,
Paul.

Hi Paul, thanks for the response. I tried updating the software again this afternoon with the automatic update and it worked perfectly. I'm good to go, now. Thanks for all the effort on our behalf...Brian S.
