question 1 : What's the meaning of Field total efficiency and thermal efficiency and optical efficiency?

question 2: I thought that thermal power produced result should be same with (beam normal irradiance)*(Field total efficiency)*(heliostat area) but the result was not same, how thermal power produce can be calculated in SAM?

Can you tell me what model your questions are referring to? Are they for the molten salt power tower model, physical trough model, or a different CSP model?
