Question about PV panels output

Hello,

my question about PV panel output power

i need to know if its output power can exceed peak power OR all the time it will be under this peak power ??

my question comes from many sources talking about that the most common practice is to oversize array cause it will not produce peak power or exceed it

Thanks you very much Paul I got the point ..... also I approved it using very helpful SAM simulation tool
by studying daily DC array power values during the year I found that panel did't reached or exceed it Wp (peak power)
