Hi, for large PV systems can one select components that re not of AMERICAN voltage and frequency?

I'm in Kenya and I'm using SMA Inverters but the listing doesn't offer the Tri-Powers from Germany which are of a Kenyan Standard.

Hello,
You can model photovoltaic modules and inverters that are not in SAM's libraries by choosing the "Inverter Datasheet" model on the Inverter input page, and the "CEC Performance Model with User Entered Specifications" model in the Module page as I've described in this post .
SAM does not model frequency, so those ratings are not relevant to the model.
