Debt percent of TIC incorrectly labeled in output was created by rgh1729

I noticed in the SAM output parameter labeled as "Debt Percent (% of installed cost)" is not labeled correctly. This value is actually the % of Net Capital Cost.

Thank you for pointing that out. We will fix that label.

For clarification, you are referring to a result of the Single Owner financial model. The "net capital cost" shown in the Summary table is the sum of the total installed cost and any additional costs and fees specified on the Financial Parameters input page, and the debt percent is size of debt divided by the net capital cost expressed as a percentage, not the size of debt divided by the total installed cost shown on the System Costs page.
